"UP" Children's book sample Art

Here are a few illustrations i worked on last summer during my internship with Pixar. One of my assignments was to show the UP filmmakers different ways that i might illustrate a children's book for the film. I was so nervous and out of my mind during these conferences, but i tried my best to keep it together. I was always afraid that i would say something stupid, so i would just sit quietly and smile : ) I have so much respect and admiration for the genius's that created this Beautiful film. Not only are they some of the most talented, hard working, intelligent people on the face of the planet, but many of them are genuinely kind, down to earth, fun people to be around.

Awesome!

My wife and I are planning a vacation to the Bay area (we're from the midwest) and I'd be happy just to get to stand in front of the Pixar gate! I couldn't imagine actually being there.

Keep up the good work!

Thanks for making such analogy with a so skillful cartoonist!
I appreciate a lot that praise, above all coming from a real artist like you, so committed to authenticity!
